Susan has a deep passion for mindfulness with 20 years of studying and practice with teachers in Canada, the States and India.
Maybe you are interested in a one hour Mindfulness Session (perhaps with your work place) or maybe you're ready to attend a three hour workshop or perhaps you long for a more indepth 8-Week Program.
