Susan has a passionate commitment to Mindfulness and has studied for over 20 years in Canada, the States and India. She offers one hour Mindfulness Sessions, three hour workshops and 8-week Mindfulness Programs.

MINDFUL EATING PROGRAMS

In the Mindful Eating Workshops, we explore six simple steps that we start to practice together in the workshop. You create your own vision of next steps and take home a worksheet with resources.


LIFE COACHING PROGRAMS

Integral Life Coaching™ is about holistic, transformative change. If you’re stress or anxious, ready to use systematic approaches including deep listening, focused presence and Mindfulness tools to build your personal vision.

As a knowledgeable, compassionate coach, I create specific programs for you, based on solid research. Then we create practices that match your values and together, build your vision of what you want.

After each session, you receive a synthesis of notes and commitments.  You have three programs to choose from:

  • TRANSFORMATION: 12 Life Coaching Sessions – embody deep and transformational change.
  • EXPLORE: 6 Life Coaching Sessions – deepening self exploration
  • CLARITY: 3 Life Coaching Sessions – creating clarity around one specific topic

TRANSFORMATION

You are ready for 12 Life Coaching conversations and practices. If you are not ready for follow through, or you can’t commit at least two hours per week, this is not for you.

  • Embodying deep and transformative change
  • Creating a more balanced and purposeful life through specific approaches
  • Values and Vision: using powerful exercises to identify your core key values and articulating your personal vision statement
  • Identifying and using your strengths to live into your vision
  • Achieving potent goals and outcomes using concrete strategies

You receive:

  • 90 minute intake conversation and closing session
  • Unique, customized program designed just for you
  • Ten 60 minute coaching conversations
  • Email and telephone support between conversations
  • Life Coaching notes after each session with specific practices
  • 90 minute completion conversation

Your commitment:

  • Journaling exercises guided by powerful questions
  • Weekly reflection questions
  • Support and accountability to follow through
  • Commitment to complete co-created practices designed to build clarity
  • Showing up for yourself in a new and different way

 

EXPLORE

You are ready for six sessions of coaching conversations and practices. If you are not ready to follow through with one hour per week and living more closely to your values and strengths, this is not for you.

  • Deepening self-exploration
  • Working with a specific issue
  • Reflecting on underlying beliefs and values
  • Beginning to build capacity for change using concrete tools

You receive: 

  • 90 minute intake conversation
  • Unique customized program
  • Four 60 minute coaching conversations with three in depth practices
  • Email support between conversations
  • Life Coaching notes after each session with specific practices
  • 90 minute completion conversation

Your commitment:

  • Journaling exercises guided by powerful questions
  • Reflection questions
  • Support and accountability
  • Commitment to complete co-created practices

CLARITY

You are ready to explore one issue that you need clarity around over three sessions of coaching conversations. If you need to find clarity and may have issues arising from the past, this program could fit for you.

  • Creating clarity around one specific topic: maybe you need help to become clear
  • How do you shift? Willingness to explore powerful questions
  • You need to increase your accountability to yourself and follow through
  • You long to build more foundation

You receive:

    • 90 minute intake conversation
    • One coaching conversation with one in depth practice.
    • Life Coaching notes after each session with specific practices
    • 90 minute completion conversation

Your commitment:

  • Journaling exercises
  • Reflection questions
  • Support and accountability
  • Commitment to complete practices

SINGLE COACHING CONVERSATION:
