LIFE COACHING PROGRAMS

Integral Life Coaching™ is about holistic, transformative change. Are you ready to use systematic approaches including deep listening, focused presence and Mindfulness tools to build your personal vision and anchor in to your life purpose?

As a knowledgeable, compassionate coach, I create specific programs for you, based on solid, evidence based research. Then we create practices that match your values and together, build your vision of what you long for.

You have three programs to choose from:

  • TRANSFORMATION: 12 Life Coaching Sessions – embody deep and transformational change
  • EXPLORE: 6 Life Coaching Sessions – building your self exploration
  • CLARITY: 3 Life Coaching Sessions – creating clarity around one specific topic

Achieve your goals and outcomes using concrete, evidence based reflective tools. Together, we create a core focus for your life coaching program during our first session, then I craft a program and map designed just for you. 

  • Review and refine your core key values
  • Use key exercises designed for you to Tame the Self Critic
  • Build and commit to foundational practices such as mindfulness, meditation and self-compassion to guide you
  • Enhance your capacity to deepen focus, presence and a connection to a higher power to steer you through challenging times
  • Design and build your personal vision statement through a series of potent exercises
  • Use these concrete, powerful approaches to lay the foundation to identify your life purpose

You receive:

  • 90 minute intake and closing conversations
  • Unique, customized program designed just for you
  • 60 minute coaching conversations
  • Email and telephone support between conversations
  • Life Coaching notes after each session with specific practices

Your commitment: to build your capacity to show up for youreself in a new way with support and accountability
