An immersive program for self-reflection and transformation. $400; sliding scale available; online or in person
This powerful 8-week program guides you to develop your capacity for greater calm, increased resilience and teaches practical skills to manage stress. Together, we dive into areas that increase awareness of automatic habits that build stress. We begin to respond in healthier ways. Research shows after the program that people experience improved sleep, and experienced less stress and anxiety as well as less depression.
