Together, we will explore a series of simple yet powerful practices and teachings. You can choose calm, even in stressful situations.
This 6-week Masterclass includes:
- Six weekly 2-hour classes online with Susan (recordings available for all participants after each session)
- Handouts – with key takeaways – sent to you before each class to assist visual and neurodiverse learners
- Downloadable audio practices will be shared following each class so you can practice what we’ve learned anytime, anywhere
