On my 25 year path to increased mindfulness, I have learned key practices that offer a healthier life of balance and resiliency. 

Together, we will explore a series of simple yet powerful practices and teachings. You can choose calm, even in stressful situations.

This 6-week Masterclass includes:

  • Six weekly 2-hour classes online with Susan (recordings available for all participants after each session)
  • Handouts – with key takeaways – sent to you before each class to assist visual and neurodiverse learners
  • Downloadable audio practices will be shared following each class so you can practice what we’ve learned anytime, anywhere
 
  

Choosing Calm Over Chaos​

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or anxious as you approach midlife or make your way through it? If so, it’s time to reawaken a deeper sense of inner calm in your life and develop key tools to overcome stress through emotional resilience.

As a Certified Mindfulness Coach and Facilitator, I believe mindfulness and conscious aging is key to leading a healthier life of balance, meaning and mental wellness.

In my upcoming, 6-week Mastermind program, I invite you to join me as we explore a series of simple – yet powerful — practices to move from chaos to calm, even in stressful situations.

This 6-week Masterclass includes:

  • Six weekly 2-hour classes online with a Certified Mindful Coach (class recordings will be made available to all participants after each session)
    • Classes are designed to guide you towards a deeper sense of calm through mindful self-compassion
  • Related handouts distributed before each 2-hour class
    • Handouts will assist visual and neurodiverse learners, and highlight key takeaways and reflections to reinforce class learning

Module #4: Interrupting Patterns of Perfectionism

  • Learn about the connection between perfectionism and stress/anxiety
  • Understand how to consciously be at ease with the notion of “perfect”
  • Recognize the role of the brain in choosing between calm and chaos

  • Learn to trust the wisdom of your own body
