We explore what mindfulness and self-compassion are and how to integrate them so we can respond to ourselves and others with compassion and kindness. We look at the roots of shame and what happens to you personally when you experience shame. We begin to shift from shame to compassion by using mindful awareness. And we cultivate resilience and worthiness as a foundational way to approach not only ourselves, but the world.
