As we move forward out of this challenging and difficult time of social distancing and isolation because of Covid-19, I have mixed feelings.
I’ve really enjoyed the time at home alone, tucked in, meditating and doing yoga, walking and zooming, eating and sometimes crying at the fate of our world. Worry about my children and my financial future float through my mind and I sometimes obsess about those, and other issues.
One of my friends is almost 80 and has some immune system stuff and takes a lot of care. She has been reaching out for connection and help.
We all need help sometimes.
