Create your vision: How to find a great life coach

You’ve finally decided: you’re ready to reach your goals, make changes and you want to leap in. But, like most of us, you probably need help. You can’t do it all by yourself. And remember, it’s your life and so taking your time to find the right coach is important.

Coaches guide you to your vision

So how do you find a great life coach to guide you to your vision and help you reach your goals? It can be a daunting task. You want someone who is knowledgeable and experienced enough to help you with whatever challenge or goal you are tackling. You are also looking for someone you can trust and who just feels right. Here are some tips for finding the best life coach for your needs.

Research Different Coaches

The first step in finding the perfect life coach is researching different coaches who specialize in the area you’re looking for. There are many different types of coaches, such as mindful coaches, career coaches, executive coaches, relationship coaches, and health & wellness coaches. Start researching different potential candidates. Look at their backgrounds and areas of expertise, read any reviews or testimonials they may have received from past clients, and visit their websites or social media accounts to get a better sense of their style and approach.

Schedule an initial consultation

The next step is to schedule an initial consultation and ask any questions that come up about their qualifications or methods. There is no cost for this first shorter meeting. You don’t need to know all your goals at this stage, because that’s their job to help you! But you should have some idea of what you’re looking for. As you chat, you will give the coach a chance to get an idea of how they can best support you in achieving those goals.

As a mindful life coach, certified in a few areas, I’m looking to see if we’re a match, if you want what i have to offer. Life Coaching is about looking forward and helping you through the stuck places, but sometimes you need counselling first…

Follow your instincts

Finally, once all your research is done and the consultations have been had, it’s time to follow your instincts on which life coach would be best suited to helping you meet your goals. It’s important to find someone whom you trust and feel comfortable talking openly with about any issue or challenge facing you. Don’t be afraid to take risks; try out different approaches until something feels right for both of you!

Conclusion

Finding a good life coach isn’t easy—but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming either! Do your research, following your gut and reach out and be brave! You can just leap in: you don’t have to know all your goals, that’s the coach’s job to help you!
